DNA Team

I arrived in Japan on a bicycle in 1999 and fell in love with the country and decided I wanted to stay to live and learn as much as possible. After a few years in Tokyo kitchens we set up an organic farm in Fukushima to supply our restaurants. Loving the farm to fork approach I stuck to this and kept farming.

The long snowy winters drove me to Hokkaido, Sapporo and eventually settled in Niseko in 2007.

 

In 2009 I founded DNA 合同会社 A company dedicated to using, sourcing and promoting local and organic, but also doesn't shy away from any other aspect of the Food & Beverage industry. We consult to companies new in the area to help them with the unique business model that is Niseko.

We are are dedicated and loyal to local business and suppliers to make sure the local economy benefits as wide as possible.
